We at ISNTNDE 2024, follow a very stringent quality check process and make sure to provide our customers with the highest quality products. However, in case our customer receives a damaged product or if it does not match the order placed, we are more than happy to exchange it. For any exchange requests please write to us on info@isntnde.in
In case of any exchange, the customer is requested to inform us about the same within 2 days of delivery. We accept the exchange within 15 days of the registered request and hold the right to not accept the products in case received in a damaged condition or after the given time.
Refund
We at ISNTNDE do not offer refunds. However, in case our customer receives a damaged product or if it does not match the order placed, we are more than happy to exchange it.
Cancellation
We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your bank account has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your account within 7-10 business days. The User agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.
